Stay informed about your health care through our secure online Patient Portal.
Once set up, you'll be able to:
- check your upcoming appointments and planned procedures
- track your waiting and preparation list status
- complete your Health Questionnaire online
(we'll send a message to your inbox if this option is available). - read secure messages in your Patient Portal inbox
- access your health records, including pathology results, radiology reports, and endoscopy reports.
Austin Health has partnered with VicKey (formerly MyHospital) to deliver the Patient Portal service.
Who can access our Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is available for patients receiving care at Austin Health who are aged 14 or older.
You can also apply for access if you are:
- a parent of a child aged under 14 who is receiving care Austin Health
- supporting a patient who is receiving care Austin Health.
Our new service
Our Patient Portal is a new way to see your health care information online. It is ready to use now, with more features to come. Some of your care information may not be available yet.
How to set up your account
You will need a VicKey account to access your information through our Patient Portal.
To set up your account you will need to have your UR number (patient identification number) and mobile phone handy.
There are three main steps:
