We can help you access Telehealth for your appointment.

One of our Specialist Clinics team members can help you do a test video call prior to your appointment.

You can request this service using our online form at least three business days before your appointment.

Please note: if you request assistance within one hour of your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your language is not listed and you need help, contact the Telehealth team.

We can also organise an interpreter for you.
