1. Complete Animal Ethics Committee (AEC) amendment application form

2. Create a track changes copy of all updated documents

3. Create a clean copy of all updated documents

4. Pay the amendment review fee

When you submit your amendment, you may need to pay an amendment review fee. The amount you need to pay depends on type of amendment being submitted.

5. Email amendment to AEC

Email your amendment form and documents to aec.ethics@austin.org.au.
