We support people experiencing a mental health crisis.
About us
We are a 24-hour a day team of trained mental health professionals.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, we will visit you at home to see what treatment you need.
If you need to go to hospital, we will arrange this. We will try to keep your stay in hospital as short as possible. When you go home we will see you for follow up.
We will involve you and your family in decisions about your care.
Our services
When we visit, we will provide you with:
- A full mental health assessment
- An assessment of your risk
- Treatment planning
- Discussion with your family and carers, including children
- Answers to your questions about treatment
- Referrals to other services, if you need them
