About us
The Parent Infant Mental Health Initiative (PIMHI) is a specialist statewide service initiated to provide professional support for mental health service providers and case managers working with parents and their infants during pregnancy and up to 12 months of age.
Women in our catchment area, with a serious mental illness and a baby under twelve months of age, can be referred by case managers for opinions, assistance in developing management plans and short-term intervention.
We also provide Circle of Security Parenting groups, an eight-week program enhancing reflective parenting.
Case managers can refer consumers by contacting the Parent Infant Mental Health Specialist.
