- d/Deaf or hard of hearing
- have a visual impairment
- speak a language other than English

Let us know the best way to communicate with you.
We can arrange video remote interpreters in Auslan, tactile deaf and blind and note taking to assist us to communicate with each other.
If you are giving feedback in Auslan through a video, we can have it interpreted. Please email your video to the Patient Experience team.
If you speak a language other than English
Contact our Patient Experience Office to:
- arrange a phone call with an interpreter
- get your written feedback translated
- request a feedback form in another language.
