What is My Health Record?
My Health Record is the national digital health record system that stores key health information from your health care providers and Medicare
What Austin Health sends to your My Health Record
Austin Health currently sends the following information to your My Health Record if you have not opted-out:

| Pathology reports |
Austin Health uploading delay There is a 7-day delay before a pathology report is uploaded by us to My Health Record. This allows time for your clinician to review and discuss the results with you. My Health Record access delay Most pathology reports are available for you to view as soon as they are uploaded by Austin Health. However, some results (including anatomical pathology, cytopathology, and genetic tests) will only be available for you to view in My Health Record after an additional 5-day delay. Diagnostic imaging reports This includes radiology, endoscopy reports, ERCP results, and GI physiology results. |
Austin Health uploading delay There is a 14-day delay before a diagnostic imaging report is uploaded by us to My Health Record. This allows time for your clinician to review and discuss the results with you. My Health Record access delay In addition, there is a 7-day delay before a diagnostic imaging reports is available for you to view in My Health Record. For more information visit My Health Record. |
| Pharmacist shared medicines lists | Pharmacist shared medicines lists are available for you to view as soon as they are uploaded by Austin Health. |

You are also able to opt-back-in if you have previously opted out of having information sent to your My Health Record.
